Strategic Investment Group® is an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) industry pioneer, founded in 1987 as an "investment department for hire" to provide sophisticated, customized investment solutions to a select group of clients.
We are passionate about the benefits that the OCIO business model can bring to clients who choose not to manage their investment portfolios internally. We are equally committed to being a thought leader in the OCIO space. The goal of this website is not to promote the services of Strategic specifically (which we already do elsewhere), but rather to serve as an educational resource for the OCIO industry generally and to advocate for and preserve the distinctive features that set OCIO services apart from those of other types of outsourced providers.
